I skated when I was a teenager - that's over 40 years ago, but gave up skating when I was 16.
Now I am 64 and am learning it all over again.
I skate three or four times a week at Gosport Arena, which is in the south of England.
I love ice dancing, and have got my spin back this year!
I usually skate with an adult group, but compete against the younger ones. It's all-age skating at Gosport.

The puppet is called Mr Brown-Smith-Jones and he and I danced the Tango to Shirley Bassey singing 'Puuurlease Mr Brown'.
I had no chance of winning in this comp, but I was marked second for costume and props. Very happy.

THE BUNCE TROPHY AND THE EDMUNDS TROPHY
I skate mostly with Gwyl in Ice Dancing. This year we did well to come 12th (out of 13 couples) in the Bunce and Edmunds Trophies
We danced The Dutch Waltz and The Rythmn Blues in our usual inimitable style.

A team of Gosport skaters won the Recreational Ice Dance League Senior and Junior Cups this year. Not all skaters are on the photos, I have only these pics.
